SHIPPING POLICY
At Polyoil, we do our best to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, safely and with no surprises. Below you will find all the information about delivery.
1. Delivery Area
We ship to:
- Poland — selected delivery methods,
- European Union — selected delivery methods (details shown during checkout).
2. Delivery Methods and Costs

*Delivery time is counted from the moment the order is dispatched, not from when it is placed.
Free delivery is available for orders over PLN 150 (applies to deliveries within Poland).
Current delivery costs and available methods are always displayed before finalising your order in the cart.
3. Order Processing Time
Order fulfilment consists of two stages:
- Order preparation for shipment — usually 1 business day from the moment the payment is credited.
- Delivery to the Customer — according to the selected delivery method (see table above).
Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM (noon) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends or public holidays, are prepared for shipment on the next business day.
Maximum delivery time: in accordance with Article 543¹ of the Polish Civil Code, the goods will be delivered no later than 30 days from the date the contract is concluded.
4. Tracking Your Parcel
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received such a message, please check your "Spam" folder or contact us at m@polyoil.pl.
5. Receiving Your Parcel
Please check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging:
- we recommend filling out a damage report in the presence of the courier,
- contact us promptly at m@polyoil.pl.
The absence of a damage report does not deprive you of your right to file a complaint — it does, however, facilitate its processing.
6. Transfer of Risk
Upon delivery of the goods to the Consumer (or to a Business with Consumer Rights), or to a carrier designated by the Consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Consumer.
For Customers who are neither Consumers nor Businesses with Consumer Rights, the risk passes to the Customer upon the goods being handed over to the carrier.
7. What to Do if Your Parcel Does Not Arrive on Time
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time:
- Check the parcel status using the tracking number.
- Contact us at m@polyoil.pl — we will help clarify the situation with the carrier.
- If the order is not delivered within 30 days of the contract being concluded, you may request delivery within an additional period, and after its ineffective lapse — withdraw from the contract with the right to a full refund.
8. Customs Duties and Import Charges (for Shipments Outside the EU)
For shipments outside the European Union, the Customer may be subject to additional customs, tax or administrative charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order price or in shipping costs and are borne by the Customer.
9. Delays Beyond the Seller's Control
The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by:
- force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, transport blockades),
- actions of public authorities (e.g. customs clearance),
- the Customer providing an incorrect delivery address.
In any case where a delay concerns an order placed by a Consumer, we shall act in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
