We ship within Poland and the European Union. Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched on the same day.

• InPost Courier — 1–2 business days, PLN 20
• Free delivery for orders over PLN 150

EU Delivery: 3–7 business days, cost calculated in the cart.

Package tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch. No message? Check your Spam folder or write to m@polyoil.pl.

Damaged package? Upon receipt, draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact us immediately — m@polyoil.pl. The absence of a report does not deprive you of the right to complain, but it facilitates its consideration.

Package not delivered? Check the status using the tracking number. If nothing is happening — contact us at m@polyoil.pl, we will check the situation with the carrier.

Shipments outside the EU: may be subject to additional customs, tax, or administrative fees imposed by the destination country — these are covered by the Customer.

You have 14 days to return, counting from the receipt of the shipment.

How to return:

1. Write to m@polyoil.pl providing your order number
2. Send the product back at your own expense to the address: Fulfilion (zwrot Polyoil), ul. Łubińska 10, 05-532 Łubna — within 14 days of notification
3. After verification, we will refund the full amount (including the cost of the cheapest delivery) using the same payment method, within 14 days

Olive oil and food — important:
Due to sanitary requirements, we cannot accept opened food products back. Returns of olive oil are only possible in an undamaged, originally sealed package. Products with a short shelf life (less than 30 days until the best-before date) are also not eligible for return.

Damaged or faulty goods:
Write to m@polyoil.pl — we cover the cost of return shipping. You can choose repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund. We will process your complaint within 14 days.

Exchanges: we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way: return the product and place a new order.
